"Because Chris has expertise in construction and renovation, he was also able to speak to issues I needed to address that would come up on a home inspection. When I would have a question or concern he would respond quickly and find the best solution possible. He bent over backwards to help me look for a quality contractor to fix the issues with the house as well as check in with the contractor to make sure everything was done right.
